Adrian Graves – Chief Executive. He has previously worked at Hiscox then become CEO of a Members Agent at Lloyd’s called Kiln Cotesworth Stewart. In 2000 he started d3 Group which was acquired by Investment Bank Noble Group. In 2007 he reacquired d3 which now specialises in Peer Group Benchmarking Surveys.

 
     
 

Gary Caswell (FCIPS, MBA, BSC Economics) - as Deputy CEO and COO. He has been Head of European Procurement for Seiki a Japanese Automotive supplier and was a Director of Purchasing at News Corporation. He was a board Director (Procurement) at the Stationery Office (formerly HMSO). In 2000 joined CGU Insurance as Supply Chain Director. His most recent appointment was as a procurement partner at KPMG.

 
     
 

Stephen Peet (ACMA) as Finance Director. Formerly a director and co-founder of Rethink Consulting specialising in supply chain management. Previously he was with IBM Corporation for 10 years as Cost Management Manager. Most recently he assisted a major UK airline in the analysis and management of Supply Chain costs. The FD position will not be full time to begin with.
